Access Control/Gate Security Guard

Initial contact at the gatehouse sets the tone for the resident and their guests.

 

The first impression of your community starts with your security staff. Professional communication and observation skills are needed to both welcome guests, and secure entry into the community.

 

ASE utilises in-depth training programs to keep our access team alert, efficient and friendly but yet ready for any hostile situation that may arise. Field Training Officers (FTOs) spend a minimum of 24-hours, training new officers, one-on-one. To assure procedures are maintained, site supervisors monitor access control officers daily by:
